What I did

Created a movement script with limited hang time on overhangs.

Juiced up movement by creating several particle effects and creating programmatic stretch and squash (both when hitting a collider and when flying through the air).

Created a curve-based control system for the dangerous red boxes, so they can be manipulated/animated in various ways - directly from the inspector instead of creating separate animations for each different behavior.

Created various small customized designer-friendly tools to allow for quick tweaking and freedom when building levels.

Added and set up china machine camera

Created an (invisible) camera zoom-gate asset, that changes the camera zoom when the player passes them.

Added post-processing effects and lights.
