Description
PIBOCO is a digital interactive children's books distribution application for Android and iOS. The books available in the app is both original titles as well as old titles made into digital interactive experiences.

UX design

Worked closely with the programmer and UI designer to come up with user feedback, catalog layouts, and user interactions.

Mapped out user-flows.

Mocked up detailed user flows from existing graphical assets.

Assisted the programmer in scripting and implementing various front-end tasks such as transitions, feedback animations, sounds, onboarding carousel, etc.

Took ownership of the development process.

Introduced daily stand-up meetings to make work more effective and give everyone an idea of what everyone else was doing.

Introduced weekly sprint planning to make work more effective and focused.
